John Eskel, President & CEO

John Eskel established Eskel Porter in 1978 after leaving a sales position at IBM. Under his direction, along with that of the late Rob Porter, the firm has become a leader in helping California’s public sector develop and implement technology programs. John is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business strategy and financial management. He oversees marketing, corporate branding and new business development. John is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, HAAS School of Business Administration with a degree in marketing and finance. Steven Galvez, Senior Vice President

Steven Galvez is Eskel Porter's partner in charge of IT consulting services and Hansen software engagements. His responsibilities include business development, delivery of software and services, as well as contract and resource management. Steven has more than 23 years of business management and IT experience in both the private and public sectors. He holds a B.A. in Political Science, Public Service Administration from the University of California, Davis. John Schloemann, Vice President, Microsoft Business Solutions

John Schloemann is responsible for the business development, strategic planning and management of Eskel Porter’s Microsoft software division. His experience as a Microsoft Partner, knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM technology products, coupled with his sales and marketing skills, helped in establishing Eskel Porter as a strategic business partner to Microsoft and a leader in the delivery of Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM solutions. Prior to joining Eskel Porter in 2003, John served as a director for a national Microsoft Business Solutions partner. He received a B. Barbara Street, Senior Director

Barbara Street has more than 20 years of IT experience with both private and public sector organizations. She joined Eskel Porter in 2002 and is primarily responsible for the development and management of IT consulting contracts. Barbara has worked on numerous projects with California government clients such as the Department of General Services, Department of Developmental Services, Office of Systems Integration, Department of Corporations, Employment Development Department, California Lottery, and Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.
