Owens Healthcare is a family-owned company with more than 200 employees. The company specializes in the areas of Retail Pharmacy, Compounding Pharmacy, Long Term Care Pharmacy, Infusion Services, Medical Equipment and Respiratory Services. Eskel Porter Consulting was engaged in January 2005 to implement Microsoft CRM version 1.2. We worked together with Owens Healthcare to accomplish buy-in through regular communication with end-users and several types of training sessions. By March 2005, the company was using the CRM Sales module to track visits to healthcare businesses, set schedules for visits, and record opportunities.
In April 2006, Owens Healthcare engaged Eskel Porter to upgrade CRM to version 3.0. In addition to using the Sales module, Owens Healthcare is currently working to implement the Services module to track services provided to its customer.
